Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your purchase and if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit under the following conditions.
If you wish to make a return, please email us at hello@daltonswim.com with your order number and we can process an exchange for you.
Returns Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items returned after this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds

Approved returns will be issued as either:

An exchange, or
-
Store credit (valid for future purchases).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, or store credit (unless faulty).
- Items purchased during a promotional sale eg Black Friday etc are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue so we can assist you.
